Adult Formation

How do I respond to what God has done for me through Jesus? The rescue mission of Jesus is two-fold: it is for us personally, and it’s something that is supposed to continue through us. Hence, our faith formation offerings aim to help us grow in intimacy with Christ (inward focus) AND equip us to be His witnesses in our sphere of influence (outward focus).

Jesus Gave Us the Greatest Bible Study of All Time
The Gospel of Luke takes you on a journey that begins with the foretelling of John the Baptist's birth and culminates in Jesus' ascension into heaven. On the road to Emmaus, a story unique to the Gospel of Luke, Jesus gave us the greatest Bible study of all time, laying out his fulfillment of the Old Testament.
In Luke: The Story of Salvation Fulfilled, you will witness key moments in salvation history including the Annunciation, the Nativity, his public ministry, and Jesus' suffering, death, and glorious Resurrection. There are parables found only in Luke, including the Prodigal Son, the Good Samaritan, and the rich man and Lazarus which will show you the mercy and compassion that Jesus has for each one of his children.
In this 8-part study, Jeff Cavins and Dr. Jeffrey Morrow will show you the beautiful Biblical roots for Mary, the Rosary, and the Mass that are found in Luke, strengthening your prayer life like never before.

Since its publication in 2016, 33 Days to Merciful Love, the sequel to the international bestseller 33 Days to Morning Glory, has helped thousands of individuals, families, and groups to grow in devotion and draw closer to Our Lord through the spirituality of the beloved St. Thérèse of Lisieux.

Saint Thérèse was declared a Doctor of the Church by Pope St. John Paul II because she had developed a specific spirituality that is recognized as something new and important for the Church. She made a consecration to Divine Mercy which she calls her Offering to Merciful Love, which is really the culmination of her whole spiritual teaching on her “Little Way.”

Saint Thérèse understood that the Heart of Jesus is full of mercy for sinners. Yet sinners often close their hearts to Our Lord’s mercy, and this rejection causes Jesus profound suffering. To console His Heart, St. Thérèse asked the Lord to pour into her heart the mercy rejected by others so that everything she did was done for love of Jesus.

Using the same 33-day preparation format, 33 Days to Merciful Love is a retreat for Divine Mercy consecration by individuals or groups. This new edition supplements the original text for each of the 33 days with thought-provoking questions to answer and discuss in a group setting.

This expanded edition also unlocks access to videos posted on our new streaming platform, DivineMercyPlus.org/Consecrations, which will also offer a wide array of materials on Divine Mercy and Mary Immaculate. This 6-session study/retreat is for any readers who want to deepen their love of Divine Mercy and devotion to St. Thérèse!

Ponder is a Bible study that explores the Sunday readings in the Roman Catholic Lectionary cycle. It is a contemplative study, which means the goal of Ponder is to unite the heart and mind.

Ponder is designed to help individuals and groups pray with the readings first, to absorb and ground the Sunday readings in the heart or personal experience. Participants learn the process of lectio divina and Ignatian contemplation as tools for praying with Scripture. Brief commentary is provided by the study author to help participants fully understand each passage. Each Sunday includes two reflection points for ongoing contemplation (or pondering).

The Book of Revelation can both captivate and confuse us: the "seven seals," the "dragon," the "sea of glass," the “wedding feast of the Lamb.” In the midst of such fantastic imagery and talk of the final things, what does Revelation teach us about living in the present moment, spiritual warfare, and the Liturgy?
Join us as we prayerfully study the Revelation to John and delve into prophecy, salvation history, and the thin veil that exists between the Mass celebrated here on earth and the heavenly worship. Revelation, meaning the unveiling, has very practical implications for us now, including a call to deeper conversion and trust that the Lord will indeed “make all things new.” We will remain faithful to the Magisterium using the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Navarre Bible Commentary, and works by Scott Hahn and Michael Barber to enhance our study.

“To the victor, I will give some of the hidden manna.” Revelation 2:17

Why do children die? Why is there human trafficking? Why is there abortion, abuse, and cancer? The simple answer is because the devil is real. Many naively imagine that we were born into some sort of neutral territory, when in fact we were born in a war zone and into a battle.

This is why God sent us his Son. Jesus came to fight and save us from certain death at the hands of the enemy. But God did not become a man to rescue us so that only a handful of people would know about it. He desires everyone to be saved. But how can others come to believe in him if they don’t hear about him? RESCUED PEOPLE RESCUE PEOPLE! We invite you to come get equipped for the rescue mission.

The Rescue Project is a global movement that launched in 2022. It flows from the conviction that the most urgent task in the Church is a compelling and attractive proclamation of the gospel. Its aim is threefold: that people might be 1) overwhelmed by the good news of what God has done for us, 2) moved to surrender their lives to Jesus in faith, and 3) mobilized for mission.
