St. Mary of the Assumption SVdP Conference

  • To request assistance, call the St. Mary of the Assumption parish office at (937) 557-1711, ext. 2. Leave a message on our Help Line. A volunteer will call you back within 24 hours. Please speak distinctly, and leave your name (spelled out), address, phone #, and a brief reason for your call.
