STEP INTO THE STORY

It is not enough merely to know the story; Jesus invites each of us to enter into it

The Greatest Story Ever Told

In a world full of competing noise, discover the one narrative that gives your life true meaning.

Whether we realize it or not, we are all being shaped by stories. The choices we make, the things we believe, and the way we see reality itself are all driven by the narratives we embrace.

Every day, commercial culture, social media, and modern society try to hand us a script, promising: "This is who you are, and this is what will make you happy."

Why are we still so restless?

Despite having more comfort, wealth, and technology than any generation in history, anxiety and restlessness are at an all-time high. Why? Because these counterfeit stories are simply too small to satisfy the infinite longings of the human heart.

We were made for something greater!

Last Advent, our parish family embarked on a journey to rediscover "The Great Story"—the kerygma, or the Church’s essential proclamation of what God has done for us in Jesus Christ.

We are living in an Apostolic era. Like the early Christians in the Book of Acts, we are surrounded by a culture that views Christianity merely as an outdated institution or a list of rules. But Jesus doesn't offer us a list of regulations—He offers us a rescue.

When we understand the Gospel as the ultimate narrative of reality, we stop arguing theology and start discovering a story that actually answers the deepest longings of our souls.

Step Into the Story

Step Into the Story means embracing our call as missionary disciples: receiving the Gospel, living it faithfully, and sharing the joy of Christ with the people God has placed in our lives.
