Parishioners are invited to send, via email or phone, their prayer requests, which are passed on through a “chain” made up of parishioners who pray for those requested intentions.​ Through intercessory prayer, we bring someone else’s needs before God, trusting God to take care of others, whether they are loved ones, friends, or total strangers. Praying for the living and the dead is one of the Spiritual Works of Mercy and allows us to help those who we may not be able to reach.
